We are located in the courtyard of Market Square in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. We are open 7 days a week from 10.00am to 8.00pm. Our full buffet runs from 11.30 am until 8.00pm.   • ALMOND CARAMEL GELATO

    Creamy almond milk gelato with a salted almond caramel swirl.

    Ingredients

    Almond Milk, Pear, Apple, Grape Juice, Agave Syrup, Sunflower Oil, Tapioca, Cocoa Butter, Almonds, Coconut Milk, Salt.
  • CURRIED LENTIL & SQUASH SOUP

    A not too spicy but robust flavoured soup with the sweetness of kabocha squash and the creaminess of coconut and lentils.

  • DARK & WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE

    Suprisingly light white and dark chocolate mousses swirled over a gluten free chocolate cake.

    Dense chocolate brownie with peanutty caramel topped with sweet and salty pecan praline.

    Chocolate*, Brown Rice Flour*, Pecans, Rice Syrup, Soymilk*, Peanut Butter, Cane Sugar*, Sunflower & Palm* Oil, Vanilla, Lemon Juice, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Agar Powder, Vegetable Gum, Salt.

    Sweet yams in a coconut, sesame sauce baked casserole style.

    Yams, Onions, Coconut Milk, Sesame Tahini, Rice Cheese, Soy Sauce, Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Garlic, Herbs & Spices.
  • UKRANIAN TOMATO KASHA SOUP

    Nice combination of tomato, buckwheat kasha and vegetables.

    Ingredients

    Onions, Kasha, Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Garlic, Nutmeg, Herbs & Spices, Salt.

Recipe of the Day

Sugar-free Brownies

Serves: 16

2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup cocoa or carob powder
1 1⁄2 cups walnut pieces
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon guar gum
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup sunflower oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1⁄2 cups dates
4 cups apple juice

Simmer the dates in the apple juice for 10 minutes, allow them to cool and then blend or mash them and mix them in with all the other ingredients. Place in an oiled 12” x 9” x 1 1⁄2” rectangular cake pan and bake at 400°F for 43 minutes.

Topping

6 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1⁄4 cups water
4 teaspoons agar powder

Bring topping mixture to a boil, cool for 15 minutes and then pour over cake and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting and serving.
