    Almond Milk, Pear, Apple, Grape Juice, Agave Syrup, Cashew Nuts, Sunflower Oil, Tapioca, Cocoa Butter, Almonds, Coconut Milk, Salt.
  • CHICKPEA NOODLE SOUP

    Our vegan version of “Chicken Soup”.

    Ingredients

    Chickpeas, Onions, Mushrooms*, Leeks, Carrots*, Celery, Brown Rice Pasta*, Herbs & Spices, Stock Powder (Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Dried Vegetables), Salt.
  • CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

    Chocolate Chips*, Peanut Butter, Brown Rice Flour*, Dried Cane Juice*, Sunflower Oil, Rice Syrup, Soymilk* , Vanilla, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Salt

    A summer soup..good anytime of the year.

    Ingredients

    Lentils*, Spinach, Onions, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Lemon, Herbs & Spices, Salt.

Banana Blueberry Brown Rice Muffins

Serves: 10

2 1⁄4 cups brown rice flour
1⁄2 cup dried cane juice
3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon guar gum

1 3⁄4 cups mashed bananas
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄3 cup sunflower oil
1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 cup blueberries

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.

Fold in the blueberries. Scoop into well-oiled muffin tins.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
