Greetings. Thank you for your interest in Green Cuisine. Ever since we opened our doors in 1990 it has always been 'all about the food'. We are happy and grateful that it is good for our health and good for the planet but what really keeps us fired up is our love of the food. We are blessed to live in this beautiful corner of the world with such a fantastic selection of ingredients available to cook with. We take great enjoyment and pride in preparing and serving our buffet every day. Since we opened 20 years ago we have changed a lot (hopefully for the better!), but one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to offering healthy, tasty food which appeals to people of all eating preferences and walks of life.
