Affordably priced and healthy vegan food, centrally located in the downtown core. While the setting is lacking ambiance, there is also a beautiful courtyard where you can sit outside on the nicer days. They have an amazing selection of "healthy" desserts, and they list their ingredients for every food item, making it easy for those with any sensitivities to know what they can or cannot have.
Their best secret though is their amazingly priced juice, smoothie, and "milk"shake menu. Most other places in town charge upwards of $8-9 for a fresh pressed juice, but they are much more affordable here, and of the same quality of other places.

My favourite restaurant of all time, I go there every chance I get when I am in the city. The food is really delicious and there is so much variety. Everything looks and smells so good that I often fill up my plate with as much as I can. You don't even need to be vegan to appreciate it. The first time I visited I was with a friend who was craving bacon and complaining about veganism, once inside she was was going on about how great the food was.
Also a great place to meet cool people. I once met the federal leader of the Communist Party there.

Not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I enjoy nearly every local restaurant, and this one is no exception. Great place for lunch, buffet style eatery which is great for taking what you need without wasting much/anything. Good noodles, soup and salad. Very good if you're just simply looking for a light meal and you're not vegan/veg.
