Vitality Vinaigrette

Makes: 2 cups

1/4 cup engevita yeast
½ cup cider vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tablespoons bragg’s liquid amino’s
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ a clove of garlic
2 teaspoons grated ginger

Blend everything in the blender.

Tempeh in Brown Sauce

Serves: 4

1 cup onions (diced)
2 cups water
1⁄4 cup dried cane juice
1⁄4 cup Bragg liquid soy
1⁄3 cup cider vinegar

1⁄8 cup molasses
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
1⁄8 teaspoon powdered cloves
1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 clove garlic (minced)

Dissolve together:
1⁄8 cup tapioca starch
1⁄4 cup cold water
2⁄3 cup tomato sauce
2 cups tempeh (cubed)

Bring water to a boil, add the onions and simmer for 10 minutes, add all the seasonings and return to a boil, stir in the tapioca mix and then add the tomato sauce. Steam the tempeh and add to the sauce
