• 1 cup of rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 5 cups of rice crispies
  • 1/2 cup of vegan marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips (optional)


Bring the rice syrup and vanilla to a boil, stir in the peanut butter until smooth.

Add the rice crispies and marshmallow and stir well to coat the cereal. Finally, add the chocolate chips (optional), stir briefly and then empty into a lightly oiled rectangular plastic tub.

Work quickly before the chocolate melts too much. Press down with lightly moistened hands.

Refrigerate for 1 hour and then empty onto a cutting board and cut 3×3 squares.
