We make our live, raw sauerkraut with locally grown organic cabbage and organic celtic sea salt in custom made ceramic crocks. By fermenting for 2 seasons we create a delicious kraut with a high level of probiotic bacteria. Eating traditionally made, unpasteurised sauerkraut daily has many health benefits and is highly recommended as a way to protect oneself against degenerative diseases. Include a little as a side dish with any meal and you will soon find a plate of food to be incomplete without it.

Green cuisine is always my go to place for lunch in Victoria. I speak as a non-veggie too; the food is always delicious and beautifully made and it feels like you're having something genuinely nutritious. I love it! The people are always so welcoming and friendly too :) they are doing great things! Thank you for being awesome!

The food was amazing! My wife 15 month old, and myself ate a ton of food for $40 CAD. Totally worth it. So many different flavors.
The deserts were vegan and AMAZING. Want to come back just for the ice cream!!!

Very good homemade Veggie dishes. Prices are a little high, but worth the money because all of their dishes are large portions. Service was good, but not excellent.

I have never had a less than amazing experience here. Great staff, delicious vegan meals and desserts, cozy environment, and even outdoor seating! Always new things to try every time we come in. It’s our favourite place to eat in Victoria! :)
