I went there in the distant past and found the food to be bland and not worth trying again. I've recently tried it again for a weekly dinner with my friends and things have greatly improved! The lineups can be avoided by just waiting a few minutes as they seem to happen suddenly then die off as waves of people come and go. The food is a vegan fare, if that's important to you. Priced by the weight of your plate and it seems to be funny how one week I pay $12 and the next week $9 but it seems to me like I get the same thing each time...? If not put off by being near a bunch of vegans (and some closet mear-eaters) you should like the experience.

I'm not even Vegan but this is by far my favourite place to eat in Victoria. That German potato salad mmmm. Also the ice cream is amazing, far better than any other vegan ice cream I've ever tried.

Great little buffet pay-by-weight style restaurant. All vegan, and quite inexpensive. Definitely my go to place in Victoria!
