1-3/4 CUPS COLD WATER 3/4 CUPS BULGUR
Soak the bulgur in the water for 1 hour and then drain very well, press the bulgur lightly as it drains in the sieve to help squeeze out any excess water. Place in a mixing bowl.
1/2 BUNCH PARSLEY (very finely chopped) 1 STEM GREEN ONION (finely diced) 1 MEDIUM TOMATO (small dice) 1 TABLESPOON FRESH MINT (very finely chopped)
1/4 CUP CANOLA OIL 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE 1/4 teaspoon SALT 14 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER PINCH ALLSPICE PINCH CINNAMON PINCH CLOVES |

| Mix the chopped vegetables in with the bulgur, pour and sprinkle in the seasonings and toss everything together. |
