THE BUFFET Our world renowned buffet is available to you, constantly refreshed, for lunch and dinner. Wether you would like a simple meal of rice and salad greens or you would like to dive into the many delicious main dished prepared by our cooks the decision is yours, as is the amount of food you want. As our buffet is constantly changing there is never a lack of new and wonderful flavors to try but, we also have the staple items, two soups, our amazing breads, the salad bar with three incredible dressings as well as specialty salads like rice vermicelli salad and Vegan potato salad. Moving to your left you will find tempeh and tofu in always changing and increasingly wonderful sauces, steamed vegetables and the main course dishes. Also to be found are the rice dished, fried potatoes and samosas. Don't forget to stop before proceeding to the dessert section in the condiments section. Flax oil, nuts and seeds, even some sushi. On to the dessert, always the greatest treat! The desserts, oh the desserts, a vegan delight. The best chocolate cake I have ever eaten has been here. Also self serve, don't forget the wonderful sorbet selection for your cakes, pies and crumbles. Perhaps you would like to take home a loaf of our bread, you'll find it behind the muffins, cookies and bars in the cabinet by the cash. Please ask a server to get one for you.
