We are proud to make our very own specialty vegan foods and products for you to cook with at home. We use them in our dishes at the restaurant, too! We have our very own production facility right in Victoria where we make our organic tofu and tempeh, as well as other delicious products like mochi, kombucha, and amasake. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, and always craft our food and beverages using traditional methods. You can find our products in our refrigerator at the restaurant, or at your local grocery store.
