Draft Kombucha on Tap
We make this refreshing tonic with organic white Pai Mu Tan tea and organic cane sugar. Lower in caffeine than black and green tea, Pai Mu Tan is a delicate, flavourful tea high in antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. Pai Mu tan offers many health benefits; it is anti-inflammatory, boosts the immune system and is purported to be an anti-aging and beauty tea. We flavour our kombucha with freshly squeezed ginger and offer it in various unique flavours such as lavender lemon balm, rose cardamon and root beer. Our kombucha is an excellent digestive aid and, overall, pick me up; its light flavour and palate cleansing qualities make it an ideal accompaniment to plant-based wholefood meals.
Artisan Vegan Gelatos
We make a variety of gelatos with plant based milks. Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk and pureed fruits provide a full bodied creaminess that lingers on the palette. Organic agave syrup, a natural low glycemic sweetener, lends a delicate flavour and smooth texture.
MOOSETRACKS: Coconut milk with threads of chocolate peanut butter fudge.
ROCKY ROAD: Almond milk with vegan marshmallows and almond chunks in a robust chocolate base.
MANGO: Velvet smooth mango sorbet with a touch of oatmilk.
TIGER TAIL: Orange coconut cream with a swirl of liquorice.
MINT CHOCOLATE: Minty coconut milk base with nuggets of dark chocolate.
STRAWBANA: Fruity sorbet with a touch of lemon.
MOCHA HAZELNUT: A blending of almond milk and espresso with roasted hazelnuts.
MAPLE PRALINE: Maple sweetened coconut milk peppered with rice syrup candied pecan praline.
