2 Blocks of GC Extra firm Tofu
1/2 Tbsp Marmite
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Hot Water
3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Thaw it outside for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Squeeze out the water thoroughly from the thawed tofu.
