Ingredients
1 Pack GC Extra Firm Tofu
2 Servings of Dry Noodles
1/2 Cup Onions Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper
5 Snap Peas
5 Sugar Peas
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Kalanamak (Black Salt)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Preparation
- Cook your favourite noodles. Strain and keep ready while cooking the tofu.
- Break the tofu into bite sized pieces with rough edges.
- In a heavy bottom skillet heat up some sesame oil.
- Stir frey the tofu pieces until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove it onto a plate.
- Add some sesame oil to the same skillet.
- Sauté the diced onion until aromatic and translucent.
- Add the bell pepper and sauté for a minute.
- Then add the ginger and garlic paste to the skillet and cook well.
- Finally add the snap peas, sugar peas and tofu to the skillet.
- Add the black salt and chilli flakes to the tofu veggies and stir well.
- Toss in the cooked noodles with the veggies and tofu.
- Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and gently mix everything.
- Let rest for 10 minutes and serve warm.
